Pronounced “She-Ko-Ten-Cat”, this authentic Mexican restaurant in Great Barrington is serving up some fantastic food. I recently had the opportunity to shoot the summer menu for Chef Angel Espinoza Jimenez, who is the youngest of ten children and who credits his mother, Raquel, for teaching him the “magic” of creating a delicious authentic Mexican meal. These are but a few of my favorites from the frenetic shoot as we rushed to get as many plates done before the restaurant filled up. The servers were standing by to feast on the new menu offerings as each one was shot. I had a tasty meal of roasted Poblano peppers stuffed with spinach and cheese covered in a tasty mole sauce.
